2011 Annual Report for NTTA - Since their humble beginnings in 1953, the North Texas Tollway Authority has helped the North Texas region keep moving by designing, building and maintaining premier roadway systems. While their purpose is pavement, their passion is is customer service.
Every day they search for new ways in which to exceed customers' expectations. From the Helpdesk to the Project Delivery Department; from the Roadway Customer Service to Accounting, they are and always will be Driven to Serve.
In addition to the 2011 company overview, this piece highlighted six North Texas destinations that the tollroads can take you too. We took the customer experience beyond the roads to end result. It highlighted the quality service NTTA provides and showcased this organization in a new light to their shareholders.
