  • This series of images illustrates a collection of preserved specimens that simultaneously display botanical and animal characteristics. Captured within glass terrariums, the species are contained, observed and admired. Beneath these transparent protective layers, the intimate rituals practiced among each peculiar species are revealed on a microcosmic level. From microorganisms, dying insects to furry animals, this collection showcases the moment at which the dual natures' of these creatures are revealed. 

    Exhibited in The Dazzle : Narwhal Art Projects     Toronto : September 9 - October 17, 2010.
