Writen by Blessing Musariri, published by Mkuki na Nyota Publishers - The Adventures of Baraka Blackbird is an illustrated storybook for young readers. The story features the escapades of a little Blackbird and the various avian characters she encounters on her trip round the world. I enjoyed reading the story and coming up with designs for the different characters in the tale.
- A wrap-around cover illustration featuring the main characters in the story (except the Mbuyu tree) and the different environments Baraka Blackbird visited.
